You can reset an access point, switch or USG via the controller.
**PLEASE NOTE** Whenever a device is forgotten from the controller, all history and configuration of the device will be forgotten. If you are experiencing issues with a device, please do not factory reset the unit unless stated otherwise by a UniFi engineer.
When you are on the devices page on the controller, click on the device you would like to reset (a properties panel will appear on the right) > Config > Manage device
Then in the Forget this Device section, click Forget. Note that forgetting/removing a device will not factory reset the device if the device status is Disconnected on the controller.
