When purchasing a UniFi product with the UniFICloud Service, you will be sent an email to clarify the set up for your products. In this email, there will also be a list of additional services that are on offer for our customers.
Isolated Guest WiFi with Speed Control (£15 inc VAT) - We will create a separate Guest network that will be isolated from your other network(s) with configurable bandwidth speed control for any Guest clients.
Hotspot landing page (£30 inc VAT) - We will create a Hotspot landing page for you with your company logo/background image, with additional features like Welcome text and Terms of Service.
1 hour online tour of your controller’s Interface with a UniFiCloud Engineer (£60 inc VAT) - We will guide you through the UniFi cloud controller interface going over the features and configuration available to you. We will make recommendations based on your network requirements or future projects.
