Please make sure you have the following ports open outbound for your UniFiCloud service.
Controller Ports
TCP Port 8080 (HTTP Management Port)
TCP Port 8443 (HTTPS Cloud Controller Browser Interface)
UDP Port 3478 (Port used for STUN)
Additional Required Ports
UDP Port 123 (NTP)
TCP Port 443 (HTTPS to FQDN *.ubnt.com - downloading firmware updates from Ubiquiti)
Optional Ports for the Controller
TCP Port 8880 (Port used for HTTP portal redirection)
TCP Port 8843 (Port used for HTTPS portal redirection)
Important Note: If you have a Dedicated UniFiCloud Controller with us, your ports will be different. Please contact support@unificloud.co.uk
