If the unit/s in question has been set up on our Cloud Controller, you can simply check the IP address within the devices page on the controller. However, if your device is powered but showing disconnected within the controller there is an alternative way to discover the current IP address. 


If you use a windows computer, you can download the below software and run a scan within your network.

If you use a Mac Computer, you will need to gain access to your router's interface to obtain the IP address.
