If an access point has any of the following issues, the unit may be Isolated from the network:
-Access point is flashing a blue LEDevery 2-5 seconds
-Access point is showing "Isolated" on the controller
-Access point is not getting an IP address within your network

You may find that the unit is showing the above symptoms but it is still getting power/showing some LED activity. If this is the case, we would recommend replacing the LAN cabling and/or checking the physical connection for the access point. If you are powering it by PoE injector, you would most likely need to replace the cabling going from the LAN port going to the router/switch.
