As your UniFiCloud Service Renewal approaches expiration (about 21 days in advance), you will receive an e-mail notification from our renewals team. Within the e-mail, we will include your renewal letter and quotation for the devices that are due for renewal.
What is the renewal price of my UniFiCloud Service?
The more devices you use on our UniFiCloud Service, the more cost-effective each device will be to renew. Prices per device range from £5 to £1.08 per year.
How do I activate UniFiCloud Service Renewals?
It's easy, once you have received your renewal e-mail. You just need to ring 01908 764439 and provide your customer number so we can locate your account and raise the order on our system.
What payment methods are available?
You can choose to pay by credit card, debit card, purchase order, Paypal, and bank transfer. Once the order is raised, you will be sent a link to make payment online.
What if I need to Add, Delete or Change the number of devices I want to renew?
If something has changed and your UniFiCloud Renewal ordering document needs to be amended, our renewals team can help make any necessary and appropriate changes.
Who can I talk to if I have other questions about UniFiCloud Service Renewals?
Our renewals team will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
What happens if I do not want to renew?
You can let our renewals team know that you no longer want to retain the service. Your devices will continue to function, but you will not retain access to log in and manage the devices. You will also no longer have access to our support team.
What if I want to migrate and manage my devices elsewhere?
You are free to reset and adopt your devices to your own controller at any time, you are not bound to the UniFiCloud controller. If you want assistance in migrating your devices to another controller, a service charge may apply.
