It is possible to migrate your local UniFi controller onto our hosted cloud controller service. As an engineering fee may incur, you would need to contact our requests team on requests@broadbandbuyer.com, confirming the number of devices you are looking to migrate and the MAC addresses of each device.
Once the above has been clarified, we will request a copy of the export file for the site you wish to move across. To obtain the export file you will need to go to settings > select export site > follow the export wizard on the controller.
We will provide you with the inform URL once the export file has been sent to us so the devices can talk to our controller. Once the migration has been successful, you can remove the site from the local controller. If you do come across any issues, you can contact us so we can investigate further.
