If you can't remember the password to your UniFi account, there is an option on the login page to reset the password.
You will need to enter the email address linked to your account and click on the 'reset password' button.
An email will be sent to you shortly afterwards. You will need to follow the link within which will log you into the controller, once logged in go to Settings > System > Administration > Select your email address > Here you can enter a desired username and password for future logins.
