How to factory reset your device

Every UniFi device includes a Reset button. To restore a device to its factory-default state, press and hold this button for 5-10 seconds (the exact duration varies by device) or until the LEDs signal that the reset process has started. Ensure the device remains powered on during this procedure.

If you are resetting a UniFi Access Point, once the reset has been completed, the LED ring will show as a solid white light.

Depending on the model you have, the reset button location will vary and can be confirmed within the Quick Start Guide that comes within the box.
